ScrapThat! scrapbooking and paper crafting kits are unlike any others in Canada. Each month we create a unique and innovative kit FULL of carefully selected high-end, double sided papers, specialty papers, premium embellishments and often include one-of-a-kind specialty or handmade items. We include a signature product every month for you to collect, a scrapbook layout sketch and one technique type product including instructions and tips on how to use it. What are my subscription options?
Our main kit has well over $47 in product and is priced at a mere $39.99. Our embellishment add-on kits are packed with all kinds of delicious premium, handmade or one-of-a kind items for $19.99 each. (for those scrappers who just have to have it all!) At this time, ScrapThat! does not charge any sales tax either!

Can I purchase only one kit?
Once all subscriptions have been filled, remaining kits will be posted for sale in our store. Main kits retail for only $44.99

How does billing work?
ScrapThat! utilizes PayPal for processing all financial transactions. Around the 25th of every month we will issue a PayPal money request to the email address provided. ScrapThat! must receive funds 3 business days after the request is sent. If we still have not received funds you will be sent a reminder. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are all accepted. Note: A PayPal account is not required to process credit card payments through PayPal.

What is included in my kit?

Main kit contents:
STANDARD - 8 papers (either double sided or specialty)
STANDARD - 3 coordinating cardstock
STANDARD - 1 package minimum of "bling" (crystals, pearls, gems etc.)
STANDARD - 1 generous pieces of lace or ribbon (1 yard each)
STANDARD - 1 set of alphas
STANDARD - quality flowers

STANDARD - 1 collectible item ie: inks, sprays, pens, liquid pearls, stamps

STANDARD - 1 technique item and instructions (such as smooch spritz, walnut ink, chipboard, frames, transparencies, paper lace, ink pad, glimmer mist, white pen, distressing tool, small punch, stamp etc.) this can be downloaded at http://www.scrapthat.ca/index.htm

EXTRAS - a few little items such as brads, journaling cards, paper doilies, tags, paper flourishes, die cuts, pins etc.

Embellishment add-on kit contents:
Each month we strive to create one of a kind embellishment kits that are FULL of top quality flowers, and other unique and hand crafted details such as butterflies, crochet snowflakes, journaling tags etc. that you won't find anywhere else.

When will I receive my ScrapThat! kit?
Our sumptuous kits will be revealed on the last day of each month, and will ship by the 10th of the following month, if not before.

What are your shipping rates?
Our rates for shipping are $11.99 within Canada; International customer will be invoiced exact shipping

All orders are shipped using Canada Postal Service - Expedited Parcel Service. Canada Post guidelines are:

Regionally - 1 to 3 business days
Canada between major cities - 2 to 7 business days
Outside of Canada – 5 to 15 business days between major cities

Can I add additional items to my shipment?
Yes! ScrapThat! allows our kit club members to add items from our store at no extra shipping cost as long as all items fit into our standard box.

Local pick-up option is available in the Calgary area

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. International customers will be billed for the actual shipping cost based on packaged weight.

ScrapThat! is not responsible for any duty, customs, brokerage fees or foreign taxes that may apply to shipments outside Canada and are not responsible for any delays as a result of clearing customs.

How do I renew my subscription?
ScrapThat! will automatically continue your subscription after your initial term is completed. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, please advise us in writing of your wish to cancel at least 30 days prior so we may adjust our purchasing requirements. email: customerservice@scrapthat.ca

A good customer experience and positive testimonials are the best way for people to hear about ScrapThat! kits. To show our appreciation, we will give you goodie bag of embellishments/papers for every person you refer that signs up for a 6-month subscription of which will be included in your next kit being mailed out. Please ask your friends to tell us who referred them so we can be sure you receive your items!

Can I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, we require you to advise us in writing 4 weeks prior to the next month's billing date via email to: customerservice@scrapthat.ca

Can I skip a month?
At this time ScrapThat! does not permit kit-skipping

Damages
ScrapThat! is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. All inquiries and claims regarding damages during shipping must be directed to the carrier. Reminder: keep the original shipping container for carrier inspection.

Defective Merchandise and Return Policy
ScrapThat! stands behind the quality of our products and the manufacturers we represent. Any defective merchandise will be replaced within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at customerservice@scrapthat.ca to receive an RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization number) which must accompany any returns. Merchandise will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. Items are returned at the customer's expense. There will be no cash refunds.
